NEXT STEP 7/29/2020 MCC special study session

Len is talking to Jill Ekas, the Community Development Director of Half Moon Bay, to match LCPs, to be in coordination.

New Department of Public Works Manager of Roadways is commencing on a new review of county roads.

The 7/29/2020 meeting emphasis will be on the Moss Beach Corridor.

@ 53:31:  MCC’s Dave Olsen explains the LOS to Delay index method. Delay index is based on congestion travel time and can be directly measured for travel time. It also  determine affects of development and population.
