Welcome to the First Annual Pacifica Beach Ocean Safety and Surfing Awareness Day on Sept 18, 2022 at Linda Mar from 8:30am – 5pm.

About this event
The event will include free workshops taught by multiple instructors and professionals in the surfing and life saving industry. As well as community members, groups and businesses networking and showcasing their products and services.
Workshops will include:
- Surf Awareness
- Ocean Safety – First Aid, CPR, avoiding injuries and accidents
- Breathing for Surf Performance
- Intro to Apnea Surf Survival (aka breath holding)
- Surf Photography
- Power Yoga for Surfers
- Surfing Fundamentals
- Lets go surfing!
This event is free to the public.
At the end of the day we will be doing a raffle, first place will receive free registration to the full Apnea and Surf Survival course taught by Ricardo Taveira of Hawaii Eco Divers on Sept 24 and 25 in Pacifica, CA.
Bring your beach gear (chairs, water, sunscreen, snacks, wetsuit,…) and come enjoy a beautiful day at the beach, bring your friends and family!
