Coastal Repertory Theatre (or Coastal Rep, originally “The Over-the-Hill Players”) is celebrating 36 years in Half Moon Bay, and the Gala Evening is our major fundraiser every year supporting live theatre on the coast, the Kid’s Theatre (CRKT) program and scholarships, and theater improvements and repairs. We produce eight main stage musicals and plays each year, two of which are performed by our Kid’s Theater students. Over the years, more than 2,000 students have taken our performing arts classes and found their love of musical theater on our stage. Our goal is to match last year’s Gala figure of $100,000 to help keep our wonderful theater running.

We are thrilled to be back to an in-person event!  Heavy hors d’oeuvres, wine, and a special cocktail from our LOL’s will be served.  Indoor and outdoor spaces will be available to visit with your friends and to bid on our silent auction items.  The entertainment portion of the evening will take us into the main theatre. 

There will be video, live entertainment, the 2023 Season Reveal, Raise-the-Paddle show sponsorship, and our live auction.  Streaming of the entertainment portion of our evening is available for those who cannot personally attend but would like to support our theatre.
