Want 2024 World Dog Surfing Championships at Pacifica? Help GoFundMe to Pay the 100% Increase in Permits and Fees

We are pleased to announce that after a week and a half we have almost reached the 50% point for our fundraiser for this event, and still have a bit more than one week left to go on GoFundMe.
If the GoFundMe is successful by May 1st, 2024 DEADLINE then the live World Championships are currently scheduled to take place on:
Saturday August 3, 2024 (if funded!)
Linda Mar Beach, Pacifica, CA
As a reminder, the GoFundMe is in response to the over 100%+ cost increases the event has experienced over the last three years as far as permits, fees, and other event requirements that the local government has requested. The last two years we absorbed the financial losses that these incurred, but we have determined that it cannot do so again for a third year.
We hope with enough support from fans and friends we can do it again this year, while we consider a possible new beachtown location for 2025.
