From superheroes to ball gowns and disco to Star Wars cosplay, come to the Fancy Pants Costume Grand Opening to celebrate the fabulous fashion of costume play across the ages! Net proceeds from ticket sales will benefit CoastPride, an organization offering services for those in the LGBTQ+ community. CoastPride is a visible symbol of tolerance and equality with the opening of their new center on 711 Main Street in Half Moon Bay.

Stellar entertainment will be part of the afternoon with Cirque de Soleil’s handstand artist extraordinaire, Dima Shine, who began his solo performance career after an incredible athletic career winning more than 30 Olympic Gold Medals. Other highlights of the evening will include a costume fashion show of everything from Venetian extravagance to whimsical disco costumes and stay to dance and party to the sick beats of DJ Meesha from Las Vegas. An unforgettable event in the fabulous coastal town of Half Moon Bay.

After Dima Shine’s spectacular finale there will be a “Parade of Fashion” moving up the street to the CoastPride Building located at 711 Main Street, feel free to join in the parade and have a blast with the models , talent and performers. PLEASE NOTE, during this time the tables will be relocated to create room for a dance floor and the exciting T-Dance, dancing to the beats of DJ Meesha. There will still be plenty of places to site while you are not dancing, but the tables will transition to open seating at that point.
