Let’s come together and join digital hands as a community around our health and wellness.
Bring a hot cup of tea, favorite snack or beverage, while exploring integrative solutions for living well in difficult times.
We are a panel of health and wellness providers who frequently work together and are offering this event in appreciation and in service to our communities.
Our intent is to invite you to join us for a morning of learning self care tools to support the health and wellbeing of you and of those you love. We will be sharing tools and recommendations to handle stress, as well as, general preventative health and wellness practices from a variety of disciplines.
