Half Moon Bay 2023 State of the City Address and City Council Reorganization

The pre-recorded Half Moon Bay 2023 State of the City Address will be shown during the City Council meeting on December 19 at 7:00 p.m., and then be available for convenient viewing on the City’s website afterwards at https://www.half-moon-bay.ca.us/315/City-Council-Agendas.
This year’s theme is “Resiliency,” and the address will be presented by Mayor Deborah Penrose. The year 2023 brought several challenges, including the severe storms and the terrible shooting that reverberated throughout the coastside and beyond. The courage and strength the community has shown in working together to move forward through these and other challenges is remarkable, and illustrates 2023 as a year of resiliency.
Additionally, the Council will perform their City Council reorganization ceremony, where a new Mayor and Vice Mayor will be chosen. We hope that you can all join us Tuesday, December 19 at the Ted Adcock Community Center.
