All levels yoga class in Blue Ocean Brewing private event space.
Join Syd Lopez for a 60 minute class that will include a mix of traditional yoga postures + isolated exercises to improve strength and mobility.
Then hang around after for a beer and a chat!
Wednesdays at BOB offer $5 pints :)
Syd is a full time sports medicine professional, part time yoga instructor.
Please bring your own mats!
