Bigger Anchor, maybe?
This boat was pushed up at high tide, with a 50 mph winds, in a storm surge. It is not going to move without a chain saw. They will try to wobble it over and pop it out at the next time high tide.
South Outer Pillar Point Harbor, foghorn in background.
South of Half Moon Bay Yacht Club. If you have an hour for beach cleanup… I’m sure the Yacht Club will attempt to cleanup the mess. We have rescued 3 boats so far this season from our beach!
What a mess. Something needs to be done legislatively to make boat owners financially responsible for the clean up of derelict boats. Pollution.
Bummer for Long Beach, California.
