Half Moon Bay IDES Portuguese Pentecost Festival Hosts Holy Ghost Festival and Parade

The community is invited to attend the I.D.E.S. Holy Ghost Festival and Parade on Sunday, June 5 at 10:30 a.m. in Downtown Half Moon Bay, and join in this celebration of thankfulness during the Holy Ghost Festival.
Join the I.D.E.S Half Moon Bay June 4, 5 & 6, 2022 to celebrate the 151st Pentecost Festival.
The festival will be back to it’s normal format and feature our traditional procession down Main Street, Half Moon Bay to the beautiful Our Lady of Pillar Catholic Church for mass. Following mass we will process back to the hall and enjoy lunch of beef, wine and bread. Lunch is open to anyone who would like to attend. Immediately after lunch we will have our live auction. Plus the bazaar will be open all week to try your hand in winning a prize!
The auction is always a big portion of our fundraising efforts and our local businesses have come out supporting us in full force. In addition to our traditional activities, this year we will also have mid way games and an obstacle course for kids. We are also adding some Portuguese vendors to the event. The vendors will be selling their fresh made Portuguese desserts, Portuguese cheeses and Portuguese liquor. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there.
